Each plugin purchase issues a single-user personal license code.

Validate on up to two production environments (1 Mac & 1 Windows).

No Cracking

Decompiling binaries or cracking activation locks ends services immediately.

1. Introduction

Welcome to SwingShift Audio. By visiting our store, generating user accounts, checking out products, or validating downloadable license keys, you agree to comply strictly with these Terms of Service. Please review them thoroughly before initiating transactions.

2. Purchase & Licensing

All custom-made grooves, software instruments, and VST/AU plugins sold on our platform are licensed, not sold, to the original purchaser:

  • Personal Scope: Purchased keys are non-transferable, non-exclusive, and strictly assigned to a single human user.
  • Seat Activation Limits:
    1 macOS Machine + 1 Windows Machine
    You may concurrently validate a key on up to two separate DAWs under your personal control. License sharing or sub-leasing is fundamentally prohibited.

3. Use of Music Content & Presets

All factory presets, audio loops, MIDI files, and sample models packed into SwingShift plugins remain the intellectual property of SwingShift Audio. However:

  • You receive a royalty-free license to deploy these groove patterns in commercial musical compositions, sound designs, and live performances.
  • You are strictly prohibited from compiling, repackaging, or redistributing our raw factory loop libraries or samples inside competing commercial sample packs, software tools, or clone systems.

4. Prohibited Behaviors

You explicitly agree not to commit, attempt, or assist third parties in committing any of the following unauthorized operations:

  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or converting binary plugin modules into readable source code formats.
  • Bypassing digital rights verification screens or generating cracked validation patterns.
  • Redistributing or hosting product installation packages (.pkg or .msi installers) on open networks, torrent portals, or third-party drives.

5. Disclaimers & Indemnity

SwingShift products are delivered "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that plugin assets will perform flawlessly across all legacy DAW hosts or custom systems.

In no event shall SwingShift Audio, its designers, or corporate associates be held liable for system errors, data loss, project failures, or DAW crashes stemming from plugin deployment.
