Scope of Grant

Non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use generated music content commercial-wide.

Allowed Seats

Activation limit restricts validation to two devices (1 Mac and 1 Windows).

Restrictions

Do not redistribute installers, modify binary DLLs, or transfer license keys.

1. Agreement Overview

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a binding legal contract between you ("Licensee") and SwingShift Audio for the deployment of our binary audio plugins, sound preset blocks, VST/AU installer models, and matching tools.

By installing or loading SwingShift software products on your system, you agree to be bound completely by the provisions set forth herein.

2. License Grant

Subject to prompt payment and license key verification, SwingShift Audio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to execute the software binary on your personal hardware systems:

  • Two-Seat Lock: Validation restricts activation to up to two (2) personal workstations. Standard configurations accommodate one macOS host and one Windows machine owned and managed solely by the licensee.
  • Commercial Output Rights: Any musical tracks, drum patterns, loops, or MIDI compositions generated by feeding parameters into our plugins may be released commercially, royalty-free, without additional payments.

3. Restrictions & Limitations

Licensee explicitly agrees to respect intellectual property barriers and refrains from:

  • Allowing third parties to execute the binary under shared server setups, virtual terminal grids, or corporate DAW pipelines.
  • Slicing, sampling, or rendering raw preset waves from factory presets for the express goal of packaging them inside competing commercial VST presets or loop sample packs.
  • Bypassing digital license key generators, editing binary machine execution code, or renaming product assets.

4. Proprietary Ownership

SwingShift Audio retains absolute ownership, copyright, patent parameters, and brand trademarks embedded inside our software installations. Your purchase represents a restricted right of usage, not a transfer of copyright or source code properties.

5. Termination & Penalties

This license is functional until terminated. Violation of any restriction outlined in this EULA or standard Terms of Service triggers immediate, automated revocation of your license key, blacklisting of software activations, and closure of customer account parameters.
